Which document applies?
The Terms of Service apply to use of the website and purchases. The Privacy Policy applies to personal-data processing. The Refund Policy explains the operational refund process. The Cookie Policy covers browser storage and similar technologies. The Disclaimer explains travel-information and third-party limitations.
If two documents appear to conflict, mandatory law takes priority. For the commercial relationship, the more specific policy normally controls the specific subject it addresses.
