Terms of Service

By accessing the website, submitting an order, creating an account or otherwise using an Avionward service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not place an order or use features that require acceptance of these Terms. If you place an order for another traveler, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information needed for that traveler and to make the purchase.

“Avionward,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Avionward service available at avionward.com. Avionward is currently used as the service and brand name. A separate company name is not represented on this page while the formal operating entity is being finalized.

Purchases must be made by a person who can legally enter into the transaction under the law that applies to them. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must handle any purchase or other legally binding action.

If you act for a business, travel agency, family member or other person, you represent that you have authority to act for them and to provide the traveler information submitted through the service.

Avionward arranges or facilitates an onward or return flight reservation record based on the itinerary and traveler information submitted with an order. The generated document may contain itinerary information, reservation references and other booking details supplied by or through reservation systems and travel-service providers.

The service is intended to provide evidence of a travel reservation. It is not, by itself, proof that the underlying airfare has been paid, a promise that transportation will be provided or permission to board an aircraft.

Reservation records are temporary. Avionward generally designs the service around a short reservation window, commonly approximately 48–72 hours, but the actual period can be shorter or longer depending on airline inventory, reservation-system rules, provider actions, schedule changes and other circumstances outside Avionward’s direct control.

A reservation can be changed, cancelled or become unavailable after it is created. You should use the reservation within the intended window and verify its current status when status matters.

When Receive Later or another scheduled-delivery option is offered, the order is prepared or activated according to the date and time selected during checkout, subject to the technical and provider conditions shown in the order flow.

You are responsible for selecting a delivery time that leaves enough time for your intended use. A scheduled-delivery add-on does not guarantee that an airline, consulate, border authority or other third party will accept the resulting reservation.

You must review names, route, travel date, passenger count, email address and other submitted details before payment. Traveler names should match the travel document that will be used for the relevant trip or application.

If information supplied by you is wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, the reservation may be unusable. Whether a correction can be made after processing depends on reservation status and provider rules. Contact support as quickly as possible if you notice an error.

The price displayed in checkout for the selected product, number of travelers and optional features is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors before fulfillment.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Avionward does not require customers to send full card numbers or card security codes to support. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion, authorization or other charges that are outside Avionward’s control.

Delivery estimates describe the expected service target, not an unconditional guarantee. Delays may occur because of reservation inventory, third-party systems, maintenance, internet failures, incorrect customer data, fraud screening or other events.

Delivery may occur by email, an order-status page, a download link or another method identified during checkout. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or filtered-mail folders where appropriate.

A request to edit or cancel an order does not guarantee that the change can be made. Once reservation processing has begun, provider rules may prevent a name, route, date or passenger change without creating a new reservation.

Refund eligibility for cancellation, failed delivery or incorrect fulfillment is governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to the transaction.

Avionward must not be used to create misleading, fraudulent, speculative, abusive, duplicate or otherwise improper reservations. You must not use the service to deceive an authority, airline, payment provider or other person about a fact that the reservation does not establish.

• Do not submit false identities or traveler information.
• Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Do not intentionally create repeated reservations solely to abuse booking inventory or reservation systems.
• Do not interfere with security controls, rate limits or fraud-prevention systems.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or automate access in a way that harms the service or third parties.
• Do not use Avionward for conduct that is unlawful in the place where you use it.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment systems, reservation providers, airlines, Avionward or third parties from fraud, abuse or operational harm.

Avionward depends on third-party systems and service providers. Airline schedules, route availability, reservation status, fare inventory and verification interfaces can change without Avionward’s control.

Airline names, airport codes, trademarks and third-party service names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a reservation or on the website does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Avionward is not an immigration authority, embassy, consulate, airline or legal adviser. Information on the site is general information and can become outdated.

You are responsible for checking current visa, entry, transit, passport, onward-travel and airline rules with the relevant official authority or carrier before relying on any reservation.

We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal compliance or product development. We do not promise that every route, airline, date, feature or payment method will always be available.

Avionward branding, original interface elements, software, text, graphics and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the website and service for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, resell, republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of the service without permission, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted by these Terms.

If you send suggestions or product feedback, you allow Avionward to evaluate and use that feedback to improve the service without creating an obligation to pay for the idea. This does not transfer ownership of personal data or confidential information that is protected by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, acceptance by a particular third party, or that every reservation will remain active for a fixed period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer guarantees or other rights that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avionward is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction, or for decisions made independently by airlines, immigration authorities, consulates, banks, payment providers or other third parties.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent the relevant law permits it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

These Terms are not intended to remove consumer, privacy, payment or other statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory law that applies to you, the mandatory law controls to the extent of that conflict.

We may suspend access, cancel an unfulfilled order or restrict future use when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, abusive reservation activity, payment disputes, security threats, legal requirements or serious violation of these Terms.

Termination does not erase rights and obligations that already arose, including legitimate payment, refund, privacy, dispute and record- retention obligations.

We may revise these Terms when the service, providers, laws or business structure changes. The updated date will be shown at the top of the page. Material changes will apply prospectively except where law permits or requires otherwise.

Because Avionward’s formal operating entity is still being finalized, these Terms do not currently designate an exclusive governing law or court solely by reference to a not-yet-formed company.

Mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules that legally apply to a transaction remain unaffected. This section should be updated together with the operator disclosure when the final operating entity and principal establishment are confirmed.

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. These Terms and the policies they incorporate form the agreement regarding use of the Avionward service, subject to any additional terms clearly presented and accepted during a specific transaction.
