What is an onward flight reservation?
It is a flight reservation record showing a planned onward itinerary. It is not the same thing as a paid airline ticket or boarding pass.
Does Avionward guarantee visa approval or entry?
No. Requirements vary by country, airline and reviewing authority. A reservation does not guarantee visa approval, entry, boarding or check-in.
How quickly is an order delivered?
Standard delivery is designed to be fast, but timing can depend on external reservation systems and provider availability. The checkout and order flow should be treated as the source of truth for the current estimate.
How long does a reservation remain valid?
Temporary reservation validity can vary. Avionward reservations are generally intended for short-term document-planning use rather than long-term ticketing.
Can I order a round trip?
Yes, when round-trip ordering is enabled in the checkout flow.
What is Receive Later?
Receive Later is an optional scheduled-delivery feature shown during checkout when available.
What traveler name should I enter?
Enter the traveler name accurately and consistently with the travel document you intend to use.
Can I use a reservation as a boarding pass?
No. A reservation record is not a boarding pass and does not by itself give a right to travel.
Can I verify my reservation?
Where verification is provided with the order, use the supplied reservation reference or verification flow to check the reservation record.
What if I entered the wrong route or traveler details?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Whether a change is possible depends on the order's processing and delivery status.
How do refunds work?
Refund eligibility depends on order status, delivery status, the reason for the request and any mandatory rights that apply. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I contact support?
