Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains the personal data processed through Avionward, why it is needed, how it may be shared and the choices and rights available to users.
Privacy contact
Privacy requests and questions can be sent to support@avionward.com. We may need to verify a request before disclosing, correcting or deleting information.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed through avionward.com, Avionward order and support flows, customer communications and related public or account features controlled by Avionward.
Separate third-party services may process information under their own privacy notices when you interact directly with them.
2. Who is responsible for the data
Avionward is currently the service and brand name used for avionward.com. References to “Avionward,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the current operator of the service. A separate company name is not represented in this Policy while the formal operating entity is being finalized.
The privacy contact point is support@avionward.com. The operator disclosure will be updated when final legal entity details are available.
3. Personal data we may process
The exact information depends on how you use Avionward. Categories may include:
- Order and customer data: email address, order number, selected product, pricing, status and support history.
- Traveler data: passenger name, route, dates and other details required to create or support a reservation.
- Payment-related data: transaction identifiers, payment status, currency, amount, fraud signals and limited payment metadata supplied by the payment processor. Avionward does not ask support users to send full card numbers or card security codes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, request logs, security events and similar diagnostic information.
- Preference data: language, consent choices, communication preferences and similar settings.
- Support communications: emails, messages, attachments and information you choose to provide when requesting help.
- Affiliate data: application details, referral identifiers, attribution, commission records, payout-related information and compliance records when you participate in the affiliate program.
4. Where personal data comes from
Most information is provided directly by you when you search, order, contact support or use an account feature. Some information is generated automatically by the service, payment processor, security systems, referral systems or reservation-service providers as part of operating an order.
If you submit information about another traveler, you are responsible for having authority to provide that information for the requested service.
5. Why we use personal data
- To create, process, deliver and support orders.
- To communicate order status, service messages and support responses.
- To process and reconcile payments, refunds and disputes.
- To detect fraud, abuse, duplicate or suspicious activity and protect service security.
- To maintain logs, diagnose errors and improve reliability and user experience.
- To administer affiliate applications, referrals, commissions and program compliance.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, dispute-resolution or law-enforcement obligations where applicable.
- To send optional marketing communications where a valid permission or other lawful basis exists.
6. Legal bases where GDPR-style rules apply
Where a law such as the GDPR requires a legal basis, processing may rely on one or more of the following depending on the activity:
- Contract: processing needed to take steps requested by you or provide the service you purchased.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement, support, record integrity and protecting legal rights, balanced against your rights and interests.
- Consent: optional marketing, non-essential cookies or another activity where consent is required.
- Legal obligation: processing needed to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, accounting or regulatory requirements.
7. Payments
Payment-card processing is handled by a payment processor. Avionward receives information needed to confirm and reconcile the transaction, but the payment processor may independently process payment data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Never send a full card number, card security code or password to Avionward support.
8. Service providers and recipients
Personal data may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary for the relevant function. Categories can include:
- payment and fraud-prevention providers;
- cloud hosting, database and infrastructure providers;
- reservation, travel-technology and fulfillment providers;
- email and customer-communication providers;
- analytics, monitoring and security providers where enabled;
- professional advisers and authorities where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We do not authorize service providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes merely because they receive information needed to perform a service for Avionward.
9. International processing and transfers
Online infrastructure and travel-service providers can operate in multiple countries. As a result, information may be processed outside your country of residence.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Avionward will use an available lawful mechanism or require appropriate protections from the relevant provider.
10. Data retention
Avionward does not use one retention period for every category of data. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, security, dispute, accounting or legal needs.
For example, active order information may be needed while a reservation is fulfilled and supported, while transaction and dispute records may need to be kept longer. Security logs may be retained for a period appropriate to detecting abuse and investigating incidents.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, anonymized or isolated from ordinary use, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
11. Security
Avionward uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Security measures can include access controls, authentication, encrypted connections, logging, provider security controls and limiting data access to what is needed.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You should protect your email account, account credentials and order links and notify support if you believe they have been compromised.
13. Marketing communications
Transactional messages about an order or account are different from marketing messages. Where Avionward sends optional marketing, you can use the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or contact support.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary service or transaction communications.
14. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning personal data, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about processing, and in some cases to object or withdraw consent.
A right may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, some records may need to be retained to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or comply with law.
15. How to exercise a privacy right
Send a request to support@avionward.com and clearly describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and protect the account or order from unauthorized requests.
Where a law sets a response deadline or appeal process, Avionward will follow the requirement that applies to the request.
16. Children and minors
Avionward’s paid service is intended for people who can lawfully enter the transaction or for purchases handled by a parent or legal guardian. Avionward does not intentionally design the paid checkout service to collect personal data from children acting independently.
If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization, contact support so the situation can be reviewed.
17. Automated systems and fraud screening
Automated rules may be used to identify technical errors, suspicious payments, abuse or security events. Where applicable law provides specific rights concerning a decision based solely on automated processing that has a significant legal or similar effect, those rights remain available.
18. External links and third-party sites
The website may link to airline, payment, verification, social or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are controlled by them, not by this Policy. Review the privacy notice of a third party before providing information directly to it.
19. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when data practices, providers, features, laws or the legal operator changes. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
20. Contact and complaints
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@avionward.com. If applicable privacy law gives you a right to complain to a regulator or data-protection authority, that right is not limited by this Policy.
