Affiliate Program Terms

By applying to, joining or using the Avionward affiliate program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and the general Avionward Terms of Service.

Affiliates must be legally able to enter the program agreement. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Avionward may review promotional methods, audience, websites, social channels, fraud risk, brand-safety concerns and other relevant information.

Approval may be withdrawn if application information was materially false or if later activity violates these Terms.

Affiliates must use assigned tracking links, codes or campaign identifiers in the manner provided by Avionward. Attribution depends on the tracking and program rules active when the referral occurs.

Browser settings, consent choices, device changes, blocked cookies, technical failures and customer behavior can affect attribution. Avionward does not guarantee that every click will produce an attributable commission.

A commission becomes potentially eligible only for a qualifying customer transaction attributed to the affiliate under the current program rules. A tracked event is not final merely because it appears in a dashboard.

Commissions may be adjusted or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, fraud, self-referrals, test orders, cancelled orders or another reason identified in the applicable program rules.

Payout timing, minimum thresholds, supported methods, currencies and required payout information are displayed in the affiliate program or dashboard. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

Payment may be delayed while fraud, identity, tax, payout or compliance information is reasonably reviewed.

Affiliates are responsible for understanding and reporting taxes, duties or similar obligations that apply to their commission income. Avionward may request legally required tax or identification information before making a payout.

Affiliate promotion must be accurate and must not misrepresent the product, pricing, availability, reservation validity, visa acceptance or relationship between Avionward and an airline or government body.

• Do not claim a guaranteed visa, entry, boarding or immigration outcome.
• Do not describe a temporary reservation as a paid airline ticket if it is not one.
• Do not publish false discounts, prices or coupon codes.
• Do not impersonate Avionward, an airline, embassy, consulate or government authority.

Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial affiliate relationship wherever applicable advertising, endorsement or consumer-protection rules require disclosure. The disclosure must be reasonably visible before or near the promotional recommendation rather than hidden in an unrelated page.

Do not promote Avionward through unlawful spam, deceptive messaging, purchased contact lists used without permission, automated abuse or communications that violate applicable marketing or privacy law.

Approval to participate does not transfer ownership of Avionward trademarks, domains, content or creative assets. Approved assets may be used only for legitimate program promotion and in accordance with any brand instructions provided.

Affiliates may not register domains, usernames or misleading pages that impersonate Avionward or create confusion about who operates the website or account.

If Avionward publishes paid-search, trademark bidding, coupon, retargeting or advertising restrictions in the program dashboard or campaign rules, affiliates must follow them. An affiliate may not use advertising in a way that falsely appears to be an official Avionward account or website.

Unless expressly permitted by the program, commissions are not earned through self-referrals, circular transactions, fabricated customers, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, attribution theft or other manipulation of tracking.

Avionward may investigate suspicious referral patterns, payment activity, repeated refunds, duplicate accounts and abnormal conversion behavior. Pending commission may be held during a reasonable review.

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise or authority to make commitments on behalf of Avionward. Affiliates control their own lawful promotional activity and expenses.

Either side may end participation in accordance with the program controls available to them. Avionward may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, material misrepresentation, spam, brand abuse, tracking manipulation, legal risk or serious violation of these Terms.

Legitimately earned commission that has completed required validation may remain payable after termination, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, minimum payout rules and applicable law. Fraudulent or invalid commission is not made valid merely because the account was later closed.

Avionward may change commission rates, attribution rules, campaigns, payout methods or program availability prospectively. Material changes should be reflected in the program interface or other reasonable notice.
